ABOUT US

We are a group of neighbors living on Livonia Avenue in South Robertson who are concerned about the imminent threats posed to our community by speculative real estate investors. Our homes were recently purchased by an LLC that is attempting to demolish our apartments and take advantage of recent zoning laws to tear down a number of bungalow courtyard properties. If successful, this LLC will congest our streets even more and displace long-time tenants, including many senior citizens who have been living with affordable housing for decades and will have few options to find comparable rent in Los Angeles.

 

It is our intent to advocate for one another and those in our neighborhood so we can stay in our homes.
